Yes, all tests must be pre-booked and paid for. Test are non-refundable.

Yes, all our tests are Gold Standard, tested in an approved laboratory.

Tests dropped into our office by lunchtime (a bit earlier on a Sunday) will be processed the same day and results returned via email before 7pm. If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us directly to see if we can help

Yes, we can offer to come to you in any of our listed postcodes – N3 N15 N15 E5 NW11 NW4 NW6 only. Please note all our tests must be administered by the customer – our staff can not test for you, even on-site. There is a charge for this service.

Yes – if you are booking a pre-travel PCR test you will receive a fit to fly certificate. You will need to check with your airline what they require as it can vary.

All results for all tests are submitted to the Department of Health and Social Care

Currently, the Government requires those returning from an Amber listed county to quarantine at home or a place of their choice for 5 days. Our tests do not allow you to leave early even if your tests are negative. You can take a Day 5 Test to Release but as yet we do not offer this service.

Yes it can – and you will only have to pay for one test – please just let us know once you have booked that the Day 2 test also needs to be a Fit to Fly test.

Our offices are closed on Saturdays.   Saturday night by appointment only.  If you want same day results on Saturday we ask that you arrange for the tests to be picked up or couriered to you by Friday and that you undertake to deliver the test to our nearby partner laboratory on Saturday by 11am.  You will then get emailed your results. 
 
If you (or someone else) can pick up the test from our office, and drop in the sample to our nearby partner laboratory by 4pm, you will ordinarily be able to receive a same-day result. Alternatively if dropped in after this time and before 8am the following day, the result will usually be emailed early afternoon.
 

No. Whilst the lab does all they can to process results in a timely manner, and almost all tests are reported on the same day, we cannot be held responsible if the test result is delayed.

Yes, if you are travelling out of the UK within 48 or 72 hours (depending on which country you are travelling to) , you will be able to use the same Day 2 test as a Fit to Fly. Just tick on the box to indicate this when prompted whilst going through the booking process

Yes you can, just click on the relevant box to indicate your interest in this during the booking process. This will alert us to contact you to make further arrangements. Alternatively email us after booking.

No we don’t offer home visits at this time.

Yes if tests are done before 3pm Monday – Friday, and 11am on Sunday
 
Yes, just book an appointment at the same or similar time on out system – we can give you the sample when you come for your Fit to Fly test; then you can arrange for it to reach either one of our offices or our nearby partner laboratory to try to ensure a more speedy result.
We can courier samples for an extra fee – please email our office for a quotation, as the price will depend on delivery location.

Day 2 PCR for vaccinated adults
and under 18's

Arrival in the UK for double Vaccinated adult, or any child under 18 – only needs a Day 2 test post arrival.
 

Day 2, Day 5 and Day 8
for unvaccinated adults

Arrival in the UK for double vaccinated adults (along with any children under 18 travelling with double vaccinated adults) only requires a Day 2 test post arrival.

Day 2 & 8 Tests

When arriving in the UK, you will need to have a Covid-19 test booked. For travelers arriving from Green countries, only a test on day 2 of their arrival is necessary. Upon arrival from Amber countries, tests on day two and day 8 are necessary.

General PCR (pre-travel)

It is time to get ready to travel! Before travelling, you may need to prove that you are COVID-free! With our Fit-to-Fly test, you can take a simple swab at home, then send it back to our lab. You can choose to receive same-day results or in 24 hours.

Test To Release

Test to Release is an optional opt in scheme that will allow you to end your 10 day isolation period early when a negative result is received from your day 5 test.
